"Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place."

"Positives: -Outside grounds and lanes appeared well maintained. Negatives: -Unit had dim lighting. - air conditioning unit dripped water on daughter’s bed. When I moved the bed away from under the a/c unit, there were a number of dead bugs under the bed, and my daughter wouldn’t see there. -bathroom was very sparse, and the shower stall had been poorly maintained. -bedding was old and well worn. -staff was nonexistent -"

"The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there. I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel. I also discovered that the hotel has a bus shuttle service to the town centre on a limited schedule. 1st service around 1 pm, roughly around the time l was at the reception desk. It was my 1st time staying in Alice Springs."

"My wife suffers from allergies we asked for a airfilter and were told my manager on desk not part of our service. Paid $240 / night for 7 nights and not one commentary breakfast. Asked to clean very dirty air-conditioning vents. They would look into it. Have stayed 4 times over the years but might look elsewhere now. The staff are mostly helpful "

"We arrived shortly after 5pm and I called the number at the reception. The guy came past me no word got the envelope from a Tresor and passed it to me no explanation where the room is nothing. Almost said sorry for disturbing him. The room is spacious but in a lousy condition (toilet was leaking/ fridge was partially damaged aso) So if you stay for one night it’s maybe okay but don’t expect room service if you stay longer My tip take another motel "
