Upscale amenities include 75” smart tv with Bose sounds system, high end bedding, covered parking, dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, on-site clubhouse with restaurant, resort style heated pool, hot tub, golf putting green, tennis, shuffleboard, and pickle ball courts, fitness room, & library. Beautifully manicured 40 acre property, including a 5 acre lake. Minutes from Barefoot, Wiggins, and Vanderbilt beaches; & extensive shopping, restaurants, & entertainment.
All utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi included. 3 month minimum rental. Off-season rate of $5,900 month, seasonal rate of $12,900/month. Annual rate available as well. This is an adults only/55 and over community. At least one member of the family must be 55 years old or older.
