This beautiful new listing in Vanderbilt Towers at 5 Bluebill Ave. is available for season and off-season as well. Come make this your vacation destination and be close to all the wonderful amenities Naples offers. This 8th floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen and bath have been updated with granite counter tops and the condo has been freshly painted throughout. There are two full-sized beds in the bedroom and a dressing room with a sink between the bedroom and bathroom. Vanderbilt Towers is a gated community and this building has a very nice community pool for residents, tenants and guests. The on-site manager has an office on the first floor and is there every day during the week.
