The condo features granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom, ceramic tile throughout the main area's and more. The balcony is a wonderful area to take in the warmth of sunny days while relaxing in the evening to spectacular sunsets and the calming sound of the waves.

Swimming pool, outdoor area, landscaped grounds, tennis and bicycle storage are all available to you at no additional charge. The unit is accessible by elevator and comes with an assigned parking spot.

The condo is well maintained and pristine and comes equipped with all the essentials you will need during your visit. Washer dryer in the unit along with the necessities for the beach, umbrella, beach chairs, towels and a cooler.

Unit is tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen in great location just steps from a beautiful uncrowded beach. The unobstructed view of the beach from the unit was great …. couldn’t get enough of it! In addition the host was very friendly and quickly responded when called with questions.

At 1st we thought the 6th floor was too high, but it wasn't. Perfect for viewing the beautiful beach below. Condo is well laid out and the owner,Tovi, was very helpful in getting us aquanted with it. He even help us unload our luggage from the car.

Perfect Stay in Vanderbilt Beach!

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO apartment in Vanderbilt Beach. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting.

I am 60 and my parents had me hooked on Naples in the early 1980s.

But this is the best and that is saying a lot. Beautiful view....breathtaking view and the days we spent...almost 2 weeks....and those days were just gone in a flash. I would highly recommend this place and Tovy ....the owner. All just perfect.

Peaceful getaway

The beach feels almost private. There were times during the day when there was literally no one in sight. The water is shallow, warm and peaceful - at times almost glasslike - but you do get the sound of the surf that you’re looking for at the beach. We saw several dolphins and manatees from our balcony. The condo has everything you would need for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler, and a wagon. The kitchen has anything you would need, including several sizes of coffee maker and a Keurig. The fan on the screened in porch was nice on a hot day, and the additional small balcony was great to stand on to get pictures of the sunsets without the screen getting in the way. Tovi was very kind and attentive. You won’t regret staying here!

The location and beach view were great. However, due to beach construction (adding sand to the beach), we were denied access to the beach for several days. Also, the construction noise of heavy vehicles traveling up and down the beach was a constant disruption to the quiet, calm experience we were expecting. The construction started each morning at 6:20 am. In addition, the unit next door to ours was being remodeled and there was constant hammering, sawing, and drilling noise throughout the day.Not all of the amenities listed online (and in the unit handbook) were available. For example: laundry detergent, bleach, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, saran wrap and foil, and shampoo.The refrigerator needs service due to banging noises made throughout the day and night. The unit was well stocked with beach supplies. The pool and tennis court were very nice.

A Slice of Paradise

This was exactly what we wanted for an extended stay (4 weeks) in Naples. It's in an excellent location on Vanderbilt Beach, and you can walk along the beach or streetside. The biggest decision was whether to watch the spectacular sunsets from the beach or the screened lanai. Tovi was an excellent communicator and promptly (and honestly) answered our questions prior to booking and quickly addressed a couple of minor things that came up during our stay. This 6th floor unit (top floor) has been updated and is attractively decorated and was very well-supplied with kitchenware, an abundance of linens and beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. We agree with a previous review noting that the dining chairs could be replaced. We're looking forward to the public areas being restored (post-Hurricane Ian) and will be back!
