This marvelous property boasts 5 bedrooms, including 3 king beds and 4 full beds, perfect for larger groups of guests. With 7 bathrooms equipped with essential amenities like hair dryers and showers, your comfort is guaranteed. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Naples and our house has to offer. The hot tub is set at 102 degrees and the pool is set at 85 degrees. ALL OF THE BEDROOMS ARE ENSUITES EQUIPPED WITH 2 SINKS AND A 55 INCH TV. ABOVE THE GARAGE DOOR THERE IS A SECURITY CAMERA AND IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE POINTING IN THE DIRECTION OF THE BACK DOOR. IF THERE ARE GUESTS COMING I USUALLY TAKE DOWN THE ONE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE FOR YOUR PRIVACY .

The communication with the host was very good. The house is beautiful and very new. We had a large group and the sound did not carry through the house so we didn't disturb each other when we were up at different hours. Each room has it's own bath and access to a balcony. It was beautifully furnished and had very comfortable beds. The host checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to start heating the hot tub if we were going to be out and want to use it later. There was a new container of coffee for us to use starting the first morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the beach or down to old town Naples.

Overall, the house was exactly as pictured and was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We appreciated all the supplies provided such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, baggies, and coffee, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes for our large group. We did have some issues with water leaking from the ceiling initially and the host was very responsive and sent someone over to check it out right away and he was easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The pool was great and we spent lots of time swimming. We also loved the hot tub, but it did take us a bit to figure out the heating system for the hot tub as it didn't stay on all the time and you had to be mindful to start the spa heater 2 hours before you actually wanted to use it. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to come home from the beach and jump right into a hot hot tub instead of waiting for it to warm back up. The house was in good proximity to the beach and we appreciated all the bikes provided as we biked to the beach. Plus there were lots of beach chairs and sand/beach toys provided. Overall, location was great, easy to get to and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby although not close enough to walk to but within a short drive. Would recommend this house for large groups!
