With amenities like AC, WiFi, high speed internet, large TV and a washing machine and dryer, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The 2 full en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a walk in shower in the master and a tub/shower combo in the 2nd bath while providing privacy.
Conveniently located in the gated community of Imperial Golf Estates, this condo lives like a single family home. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened lanai, with unobstructed views of Regal Lake and its fountains. Take a short walk to the community pool to soak in the sunshine. Sip a cocktail as you watch the beautiful sunset at the close of the day. During season, join the weekly socials at the pool.

Attached garage - no need to be out in the weather
First floor - no stairs to deal with
Very comfortable - larger than most condos in the area
Great views - no backyard neighbors - look out over the lake to a wooded preserve (not other condos)
South facing - enjoy the warm winter sun and stay cooler in the summer
