"Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Ponctuel. Appartement situé au cœur du quartier espagnol de Naples à deux pas de tout. Un coup de coeur : le restaurant "7 Soldi" à deux pas dans une rue parallèle en descendant vers la VIA TOLEDO. Merci encore au proprio d''avoir fait les démarches pour récupérer notre cosy perdu à Milan. A recommander chaudement les yeux fermés. "

"Really enjoyed the stay. Staying in the middle of city superb, all amenities close by. Property was clean and tidy and suited the 5 of us. Owners were excellent in their assistance and I would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. The new sofabed is super!!!!!!!!!!"

"Super accueil de Diego qui nous attendait à la descente de bus et qui ensuite nous a laissé des messages pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement est dans un quartier populaire de Naples dans le centre, dépaysement assuré; Il ne faut cependant ne pas avoir peur des 2 roues qui vous frôlent constamment quand vous prenez le chemin de l'appartement; Nous avons faits toutes nos courses chez les petits commerçants voisins, au bout de 3 jours, nous avons pris nos habitudes et avons ensuite toujours été accueillis avec le sourire. L'appartement est assez bruyant, les fenêtres ne garantissent aucun isolement. Le canapé lit est à éviter. Sinon les chambre sont agréables et tout était propre. Le port est très proche, en 15 minutes à pied on est au musée archéologique. en utilisant le métro, l'appartement est à 30 minutes de la gare pour Pompéi et Herculanum."

"L'appartamento è molto accogliente ed ha tutti i comfort desiderabili. La posizione è davvero strategica: nel cuore di Napoli, consente di vivere in pieno la città, con gli ottimi mini-market e ristoranti proprio sotto casa. Inoltre, dista solo 5 minuti da una delle più famose vie dello shopping partenopee, oltre che dalla bellissima piazza del Plebiscito, dal palazzo reale, dal teatro S. Carlo e dalla galleria Umberto I. Molto vicina è anche la metropolitana che consente di raggiungere con estrema facilità le più note località turistico-culturali. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta."

"La situation de l'appart...

"La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour visiter Naples et sa région avec des enfants et éviter toute fatigue inutile en utilisant les transports en commun (bus, funiculaires, bâteaux). L'appartement est spacieux et on ne se marche pas sur les pieds. Le seul bémol, c'est l'éclairage, peu chaleureux (quelques bougies et le tour est joué). L'accueil est convivial et le quartier est sympa. Nous avons apprécié le petit resto du quartier, bon marché et idéal pour rassasier des bambins fatigués après une journée de découverte. Vraiment le bon plan avec des enfants en bas âge. Amitiés à Diego, le propriétaire. Arnaud. Belgique."

"Des vacances inoubliables d'un point de vue authenticité du site de la location. Amoureux du calme, s'abstenir!! Appartement propre, très bien équipé et securisé;la salle de bain souhaiterait un petit radiateur pour rester sèche. Le quartier est très bien desservi pour les commerces. Nous avons même trouvé des petits commerces exclusivement destinés aux bébés. Diego a de gentilles attentions ( vin, gâteau). pour l'accès, choisissez les bus si vous avez une poussette car il y a peu ou pas d'ascenseur dans le métro."

"A notre arrivée à la gar...

"A notre arrivée à la gare de Naples, comme promis, Diego nous attendait avec sa voiture. Nous avons rencontré un homme jeune, dynamique, serviable et très sympathique, parlant un excellent anglais. L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce, très propre. Les centres d'intérêt sont proches, aisément accessibles à pieds, en autobus ou en bateau. Les commerces sont à proximité. Quant au quartier, très pittoresque mais aussi relativement animé (moins que dans certaines rues de Naples (nous sommes dans une région méditerranéenne !), nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème, observé souvent des scènes très amusantes et échangé des sourires avec les proches voisins. Naples est une superbe destination, tant sur le plan culturel que pour la beauté de ses paysages."

"Appartement agréable et confortable situé dans un quartier typique et sympathique, très bien achalandé (nous recommandons les boules "quies" car il y a quelquefois de la musique dans l'environnement immédiat et le bruit des vespas peu gêner les oreilles sensibles la nuit). Diego est un hôte attentionné,très plaisant et plein de délicatesse. Accès facile, l'Alibus est à quelques minutes. Naples est une ville très accueillante. Location à recommander"
