The property is outdated. There were stains all over the room. The room Smelled like SWEAT!!!! The windows in the room are DIRTY!!! The blinds DO NOT work properly. They don’t clean *****only after 2 days******. The lady in the front desk didn’t know how to add me as Marriott member.

Overall, staff was helpful. Place needs a little TLC both around the pool and rooms. Starting to show some wear and tear.

The room we were given had a construction fan blowing on the WET carpet in the living room. The room smelled of mildew and it hit you as soon as you opened the door. When I asked the staff about it I was told “water comes inside the room when it rains and it rained the other day.” They were still trying to dry the room/ carpet out and forgot to grab the fan out before putting us in the room. I was told I could turn the fan off and someone would pick it up the next day. There is no doubt in my mind that there was mold in that room. It was not a safe environment for my baby to be in. When I told them why I was leaving early they were not surprised by it at all.

The property was dated. There were spots on all the walls, lamp shades, sheets and carpet. The room had a funky smell. The wall paper was peeling and the shower curtain was broken. It didn’t meet the standards of other Marriott Residence Inn properties.

Our overall stay was outstanding. We initially had an issue with our air conditioning due to the excessive heat, but the front desk clerk was incredible in helping us with a short term solution and maintenance was by the next morning to correct the problem. The pool and recreation area was adorable and inviting.

The room is big and comfortable, with a kitchen , dining table, sofa and a nice desk to work. They have a nice pool and quite good breakfast. The only con: the gym does not have a sitting bicycle as shown in the pictures, just a spinning Peloton not connected to the Internet, which makes it not too useful

We used to go frequently but the last time we stayed we found out the room very dusty it smelled hummed and they don’t clean the room every other day. We went to the beach the first day and the room was a mess we called to have the cleaning and they said it has to be cleaned every other day.

I liked everything about this property. It was right off 41 which is easy access to everything. the only one complaint I’ll have is the breakfast.they served waffles with sugar crystals everyday, maybe try something different like pancakes, French toast..

Our only complaints was the out dated room. Tub/shower, sinks could be updated. Our bathroom sink faucet strainer was a part . Our daughter suffered severe allergies due to overall hotel air freshener in the vents and OLD cigarette smoke in carpets. etc. We will say the overall the property and service of staff was SUPERIOR. LOVED the pool and rec area and the daily breakfast was Fantastic.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Waffles, waffles, waffles.
