We sat around for 2 hours before they finally told us they'd have to transfer us to their "other" property due to "problems." While the other location was exceptionally clean, the staff was unfriendly, the property was industrial and unwelcoming. Thankfully we were only there one night before an early flight.

I don't remember the name of the girl on the reception, just noticed that she speaks several languages. She made a first good impression about the place. It's clean and nice. Also you can park your car inside the premises. There is a restaurant near by, so it might be noisy during the night. Overall I'd say it's the best hotel I've seen in southern Italy during my 1 week trip.

Probably the best hotel in the neighborhood. Nice villa type hotel with spacious rooms. Saw two weddings in our two-night stay there.

Hidden gem
Fabulous food and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Short walk to the nearest train station. Room slightly noisy from outside noise at night- couldn’t work out what it was.

nice hotel and staff. Beautiful gardens. Bar. Restaurant ok if you like seafood, other restaurants within walking distance if you want to eat something else. Quiet area. Good, clean hotel, would use again.

Beautiful hotel with a great view of Mt Vesuvius!
We are very happy that we chose to stay here! It is a modern looking hotel which boasts a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting us with our queries regarding restaurants, public transport, postcards and local tourist attractions. The staff continuously went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and make our experience as pleasurable as possible. On top of this, the food was excellent. The breakfast typically consisted of various pastries, yogurts, hams and cheese (my favourite was the strudels). We also ate at the restaurant and were suitably impressed with the delicious and well-prepared courses. Although we were apprehensive about the noises we read about in some of the reviews on this website before we came, we slept soundly and did not find this a problem at all. Would happily stay here again if we ever had the chance.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful with little walking paths, places to sit and relax while having a drink, and private parking in a secured lot connected to the hotel. A great find!

Air condition did not work. Staff told us that they inly turn it on in June. Staff said to open window. Problem was the window was bolted shut. Only olastic cups in room which turned out to be broken and our drinks spilled on floor and bed. Staff at breakfast could not break a smile not be bothered to bring anyone coffee. Our worse experience in three weeks of travel. Very unfortunate as this former Villa has potential.

Close to Pompei. Hotel used to be a private Villa. Problem with deluxe room on third floor...air conditioning did not work. Front desk told us it is not turned on until June 1 but our son’s basic room on the first floor had air conditioner. Staff told us to open window, but the one window did not open making the night very uncomfortable. Only plastic cups in room. Didn’t realize they were cracked until after pouring drinks which leaked onto floor and bed. TV controls did not work...had battery changed. No service in bar on that Sunday.

We got a small room with a very small bathroom (shower was 2x2 feet) They have a good private parking and dinner was good. The area surrounding the hotel is not that good.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night before going to the airport. The restaurant was lovely, it’s not close to much so that helps. The shower was not very clean but the rest was and it was very comfy.

Stayed at the villa for 4 days over the Easter holidays. It is situated in a quiet area outside the madness of the City of Naples and offers secure private parking. The room was clean and spacious, on two levels for a family of four and the wifi great. Continental Italian style Breakfast, satisfactory. We were pleasantly surprised to find birthday wishes and a bowl of chocolates for my wife’s birthday; which they probably picked up for our passport details, and an Easter egg was left in the room on Saturday. May I add that the chocolate was delicious! This was a lovely gesture from management and made our stay so much more welcoming. I’d return to this property if I were to visit Naples again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Overnight stay near Napoli airport
Easy reach by Car and very close to the airport (10 minutes in the early morning). The structure is very nice. It was a family villa in the past and inclues a well, stables, and a large garden. There is a bar on site (we didn't go) and a very nice restaurant where we had dinner - good food at good prices. The room is large and clean. Bed is a little soft but not an issue. We didn't have the breakfast as we left eary, but they packed us some food to take with. Very good service. Secure parking. Overall, a very good hotel and we'd stay there again if in the area.

An absolute gem!! We had no idea this was going to be so gorgeous! A popular wedding venue, for good reason. Stunning grounds. Lovely helpful staff. Good pastries at breakfast. Huge room on 2 levels. Comfortable and clean.

The hotel was very comfortable, good value for money. We booked it for proximity to airport as we had to drop off our hire car the night before an early morning flight. However, the taxi back to the airport cost 25 Euros which was much higher than expected.

Nice looking hotel tucked away in side street
Hotel is out of character with the adjacent buildings and businesses which are in various stayes of repair and maintanace. Train station is just over a kilometre away. Staff are polite and friendly and the main hotel and gardens are well maintained. However our rooms in the stalls/stables had peeling wallpaper and peeling plaster, very dark due to lack of windows and broken lamp. Slats on folding bed were broken and held together with packing tape. We were unable to sleep on two nights due to events being held in gardens right next to our room with very loud music and fiteworks. Hotel hosts weddings and other engagements in the open air.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are standard, AC worked, shower was a standup one and Wi-Fi was good. Break fast was good and hotel is quite.. it's a bit out of Naples, so if you plan are going there prepare to pay the taxi fares and becareful, the drivers are huge scammers.

We booked this hotel as we couldn't find any in Naples that were worth 300 euros a night. This Hotel is located in Cercola, which is about 25 min from Naples. The location was not ideal as we spent a lot of money on taxis about 350 euros for the 3 nights we were in Naples, but if your going to Almalfi Coast then it's good choice. The rooms were standard, The AC and Wi-Fi worked. The hotel is quite and the morning break fast was adequate. The Front staff are excellent and very nice. Spoke English as well. overall, im happy with my stay and give it a 4 on 5.

Wonderful place and experience
Stayed with my mom for two nights after visiting Pompei and then City Center in Naples. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Nicer hotel that I expected and was reseasonably priced. It was roomy and I would have preferred to have the two twin beds set up with the night stand separating them instead of close to each other.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. On the first week they had 3 parties which started around 9-10pm and lasted until 2-3am in the morning. We could not get any sleep and had to ask to change into different rooms twice. There was a very poor and limited choice of food during breakfast. They provided us with mostly cakes and desserts (see photo), so we ended up eating slices of toast every morning, due to the lack of choice. The location of the hotel is very poor and not 4 stars. The room and the toilet wasn't up to a hygienic for 4 star standard . We had our room changed twice and all the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was broken in all the rooms, they had smoke alarms but were not fitted and had no batteries - this made me feel very uncomfortable as a light in one of the rooms had been smoking previously in the bathroom (see photo). Eating in the hotel was expensive and not filling. Some staff was friendly but not all.

Hotel in the wrong section of town
The hotel is located at the end of the street where it should not be. Upon arrival we could not believe we were in the right place. Parking is in a gated lot as we told it was not safe to park on the street. When walking into the grounds to the hotel it was a new world than community outside. Our room was nice, very large for for a European room, bed was comfortable room should have been cleaned better as cob webs were in the corners. One plus was our did open to a huge terrace with 3 lounge chairs. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. One complaint scrambled eggs shouldn't be cold. We did have dinner in the restaurant; excellent. Highly recommended for service & the sea bass. We would not stay here again due to the location of the hotel.

Due to time of year we were given a free upgrade from a double bedroom to a suite. Only here for last two days of our holiday but could have stayed longer.
