3 Br House in a small gated community with a private screened lanai/pool/spa enclosure available to rent turnkey seasonal October - December 2024 for $5,800 a month, Jan.-April at $7,500 per 30 days. May- September at $5,500 per 30 days. Offers a master bedroom with his and hers sink, large tub, master bath and closets, a bedroom ensuite and bedroom / office/den. 3 Bedroom. Open living and dining room area. There is a 1 car garage and driveway. 5 minutes from the beach. Beaches close by are Delnor Wiggens, Bonita beach and Lover's Key beach. The Marina is 3 minutes away. The house is located behind a preserves so it is private and quiet. Glen Eden on the Lakes is an 84-acre gated neighborhood of only 191 detached villas designed around eight lakes. This community is quiet and the amenities include a clubhouse with kitchen, large gathering room for group functions, a fitness center, crafts room and a pool. There is an HOA application fee of $150 per tenant and it must be completed 20 days before rental for approval.
