- The home has open living & dining spaces connected to kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two ways to access the shell stone pool deck and spa from the kitchen and guest room. Lush tropical landscaping and palm trees in the backyard enhance the resort feeling with large outdoor dining and lounging space. Home has all you will need for beach days or lounging and dining at the bungalow.
One mile to Vanderbilt Beach! Walking routes to Connors Park, Delnor-Wiggins Beach Park and Vanderbilt Beach. Dog friendly home and neighborhood with 3 dog parks within a short drive. Extremely convenient and close to Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joes, Dunkin Dounuts, Starbucks, Mercato Dining and Shoping, 2 Movie Theaters, Walmart, Delnor-Wiggins Beach Park, Vanderbilt Beach and much more. 25 minutes to RSW Airport.
We have 4 bikes with helmets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay. Washer and dryer are located in the garage for laundry and the barbecue is located in the back yard for use. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
