Brand new Pool and spa 4 bed 2 bath completely renovated home located 2 minutes to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato (restaurants, shopping and nightlife). Home is fully furnished, kitchenware, towels, beach chairs and an outdoor grill! Security cameras are located at the front door of the property and back camera is attached to the right corner facing the dining table. Back camera is shut off upon arrival. Front camera is left on for security purposes. We hope you have a great experience here.

Great Place to Stay and Great Host

Really enjoyed staying at the property while working in this area after Hurricane Ian. Great house, great host, and very easy check in and communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Perfect place for the foursome golf outing. Right in the middle of a lot of courses as well as food options. Definitely would book again.

There were a few small hiccups but property manager was responsive and lives near by so it was taken care of almost immediately. Nice location close to everything. Only thing I didn’t like was that window in master bathroom didn’t open. All of that being said, I’d stay at this location again.

Excellent vacation rental home

Our 1st vacation trip to the area, the house was well beyond our expectations. The house is very well decorated, very comfortable and spacious. Derek was very helpful, informative, and responded rather quickly to communications. Close enough to the beaches, far enough away from the beach traffic. Just an absolute great rental for the week. We weathered tropical storm Elsa while there, and while inside the hone, one could not even tell it was pouring rain outside. This is definitely a house we shall rent again while in the area on vacation. Thank you again Derek for the hospitality, information, and enjoyable stay!!
