Longview Cabin is a wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation. Situated with a panoramic view of the surrounding natural beauty the property is meticulously maintained. Inside the cabin has all of the amenities and comfort a person could ask for to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful getaway at this wonderful property

We had such a wonderful time just being away from the city! The house is gorgeous and the views stunning!! We did some great hiking nearby and also drove to Watkins glen national park. If you need a beautiful place to recharge then look no further! Thank so much!

Gorgeous home with idyllic setting

Wish we'd had more than a 4-day weekend to stay at this lovely property! Just as pictured and advertised, it had spectacular views and many upscale amenities. We were both awed and comfortable at the same time. Easy, frequent communications made check in and out simple. Absolutely no complaints, but we'll be sure to stay longer next time!

Great Birthday Getaway!

Left the heat of Texas for a fun April birthday getaway with friends. House had everything you could ask for. House does not connect with the lake, this is not in the description and can be misleading if you don't read the reviews. House was perfect for a full day of relaxation with nothing on the agenda. Mindlessly hiking the roads that lead to the house was in itself a highlight. Location was excellent! Seneca wine trail, Watkins Glen State park and many breweries, distilleries and over the top restaurants. Even the town of Naples had everything we needed.

Beautiful and clean house with breathtaking lake view

We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the porch. Living room and three bedrooms have beautiful lake view. Kitchen is well stocked - including cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and various spice. We did not find microwave oven, and managed to heat soup in pot. Washer and dryer are in the basement and not accessible for guests to use, which could be inconvenient for longer stay. Overall, we recommend this house to everyone.

The view the view the view!

The house is luxurious and lovely. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We particularly liked the large live edge dining room table. The best thing about the house were the large windows facing over Canandaigua lake. The views were so relaxing and peaceful. The wraparound porch is the best place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine later in the day! As another poster mentioned, the lake is beautiful to view from the house, but there is no easy way to get to the lake. You have to use the car to drive. That did not bother our group, however. We completely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing property with amazing views!

We had a girls trip and stayed for a long weekend. We had an amazing time. The house was spotless and the views were stunning. Perfect location to do things if you’d like (wine tours, cheese tours, breweries, hiking, water sports, etc) or stay in and enjoy the beautiful covered deck. We don’t have anything bad to say about our stay. We had no issues and the home had more than we expected (toiletries and amenities). The only minor thing — if we are being really picky— is we’d like to see a full length mirror. A girl needs a full length mirror! Otherwise this was an A++.

Amazing vacation house

So in love with this well-designed house. It's very clean and well-maintained, let alone the amazing view. We enjoyed ourselves so much the days we stayed there. It's so tranquil and peaceful. However, there is also a lot of places to visit nearby. We will definitely come back again to check out the different view in fall.

Vacation away from home!

Every summer my friends and I go away for our annual summer Trip! We decided to try the finger lakes this summer and it did not disappoint ! Everything from the house to the area is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I took the master room which was upstairs in the loft. Waking up that view was unlike any other! The whole architecture of the house was very unique and easy to navigate. We spent a few days BBQing and a night out to dinner. Few things I’d like to point out: 1) you are not on the lake. You have a beautiful view but you cannot actually walk to the lake. (My friends and I rented a boat from sutter marina and I highly recommend doing so for the best lake experience!) 2) there is no WIFI 3) there is no wood burning fireplace or fire pit (something that would have been a great perk considering how chilly it gets in the evening!) 4) there is Zero privacy if you are sleeping up in the loft. As beautiful as it is up there, it was a bit hard to sleep. There were also no curtains on the window so the sun was beaming super bright and early. Also, all sound travels up so we could hear everything! Regardless, Still worth it! 5) there is no access to laundry room. We wanted to wash something but we’re unable to. Other recs: -vineyard tours! We went with crush tours and it was great! -definitely do a hike in the area! -bring your own cups, plates, utensils (if you are traveling with a larger group) Overall, we had a blast! We have already recommended the house to many people!
