This beautifully appointed second-floor coach home is situated in the brand new community of Seychelles in southeast Naples. Offering lake views from the screened and fully furnished lanai, the unit has a light and bright feel, perfect for soaking in the sunny Naples weather! From the ground floor of the two-story building, enter through your one-car garage or the front door and a private staircase takes you up to the second floor home - the top floor, no one above you! The contemporary floor plan has an open kitchen with quartz island, dining area and spacious living room overlooking the lanai and lake. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bath with gleaming quartz dual sink vanity and a walk out shower. The guest bedroom has another queen size bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The den is enclosed with glass french doors and has been converted to serve as a third bedroom with a full size bed. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer completes the package for this perfect Naples home! Outside your door, Seychelles has wonderful community amenities including a state of the art fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, outdoor grill, and a clubhouse. Conveniences including CVS, multiple grocery stores and many restaurants are located within a few miles of the Seychelles gates. Downtown Naples beaches and 5th Ave S are a quick 10-15 minute drive.
DATE REQUIREMENTS: Even month bookings (meaning check-in on 1st of month, check-out on last day of month) might be required. During peak season from January-April, a 2 month minimum stay might be required. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates!
