This place has almost everything you need! They has a list of items that they would provide and more then half they were out of. Like a brush laundry bag slippers. I think this place is a great family friendly atmosphere! You literally do not need to go to and other beaches as they shuttle you to one that is nice and quite and we saw over 4 follow back one day! Our kids loved the movie biewing and game room! The only other complaints would be the smell that came out of our bath tub was not ok 😕 the showers had a very hard time draining. And the room didnt seem very well cleaned at our arrival. But staff was great until we requested a late check out. After getting our flight delayed 😑

This place was great except for the fact that every morning at 7:30am, the grounds crew at the golf course would use their machinery that would wake me up. Lazy River was awesome and the hot tub was bubbly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly we will never return to the hotel. It was very far from everything at least 30 minutes to anything. Very limited staff and they don’t clean your room every day. I’ve never experienced this, usually you receive clean towels & if need soap, shampoo etc. they clean every other day and no delivery of anything needed. Hotel gave us 1 tiny bar of soap to use between sink and shower & acted like that should have been enough. We will return to Florida, a few areas we scouted would be better suited looking forward to next season!

Property is very “ok” … a little dated. I would not recommend this property as the staff at this location tries to upsell you on the Hyatt vacation club. Be Leary of the staff and don’t sign anything. Expedia was very helpful on getting me out of a multi day stay at this location. Very disappointed in Hyatt! I even heard a sales person trying to upsell an older man saying “what are you gonna leave your money to your cat”…very bad!
