The dining area seats 6–8 guests and includes additional bar seating adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, and all modern appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, trash compactor, and large-capacity washer and dryer. Small appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils are all provided.

The master suite offers Gulf views, a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, dressing area, and a private full bath. The guest bedroom includes twin beds, while the cozy den features a queen sofa sleeper, smart TV with DVD player, printer, and high-speed Wi Fi—perfect for working remotely or hosting additional guests. Both bathrooms feature ceramic tile and walk-in showers. All bedrooms are equipped with variable-speed ceiling fans and blackout shades.

Additional amenities include ample linens, beach towels, chairs, three smart TVs, stereo, books, puzzles, games, reserved parking, guest parking, keyless secure entry, storm shutters, and beautifully landscaped grounds with palm trees and flowers.
