Positives: great shower pressure, bed was comfortable, nice pool, Continental breakfast was included, staff was very friendly, the poolside restaurant (Harold's place) was great/delicious burgers Negatives: rooms are dated, room set up was a little odd (there was one sink that served as the bathroom sink and kitchen sink), options for the Continental breakfast were very limited Overall, it was affordable and met our needs while we stayed in Naples.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were updated and clean, roomy and had a kitchen sink, cupboards and small refrigerator and microwave included. Only complaint was three small pillows for a king bed wasn’t enough. Pool was beautiful, bar area and restaurant were really nice and food was very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. While Naples is a very affluent city, we found the atmosphere here so much more laid back. The guest were extra friendly, the staff were awesome and each of the restaurants were soooooo good. I must mention the Italian restaurant Vesuvius. Having been to Italy and experienced the best, I could not rave enough about their sauce. You must try it!! The Arencini was incredible. The rooms are a little outdated but we are not into high end immaculate 5 star Resorts that are in area. We loved driving thru the neighborhoods and seeing how the other half live!! Best place to go see an incredible sunset; Wedding Beach. Small incredible beachside park, not crowded. We both said we would come back to this resort anytime.

Room was clean, and it was more like an apartment more than a hotel, because it came equipped with refrigerators and sink, etc. It wasn't the Ritz-Carlton, but it wasn't price for the Ritz-Carlton, and the bed was a little bit too soft for my liking, but that's a personal view, and maybe not the popular view. It has a nice outdoor heating pool, it has three restaurants types of food to accommodate probably every pallet out there, and the check-in process was pretty seamless.

My stay was great. The room was clean and, until my check-out, all the staff were super friendly and polite. On the morning of my check-out, the man at the counter was so rude. He was on the computer so I waited quietly, he then looked up and asked if he could help me, I answered yes I’m checking out. He stared me down looking quite angry until finally he snapped, what room number, we have a lot of guests here. his tone was sarcastic and condescending. I pointed out that he was being rude. He said “you’re all set, take some pens take a bunch of them.” really he should’ve apologized , and I would’ve accepted that . I’m glad this happened when I checked out, and I didn’t encounter it at the beginning of my stay. I visit the area often, but I won’t be staying there again because of that interaction.
