Affordable and Very Comfortable

The apartment was as described. Bed, furniture and linens were clean and comfortable. Full size appliances would be great for a long stay. We stayed 3 nights. The apartment is on a very quiet street, but the quiet street is accessed from very busy streets. We met the owners who were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

Clean and hospitable

Everything was clean and well thought out. There were things that we thought that we didn't need and did need and they were available. The bed was comfortable and the kids really like the pullout bed because I had a foam mattress. I would say that everything that was there was an upgrade from most places. We were just a few minutes away from the beach in the neighborhood where we stayed is quiet. And the host was very responsive.

Excellent spot!

We were extremely happy w/the privacy this property offered. Along with that it was a lovely open space bright w/high a ceiling. Everything was extremely clean. The comfort of the bed, linens and pillows were 5⭐️. Highways nearby w/great access to all things in Naples. The care and forethought of the owners was superb! Thanks so much!

Quiet getaway!

First time stay....was exactly as photos shown in listing.....It has all the amenities you will need for your stay... a bonus was the washer and dryer even though we did not use it! Only additional thing missing were wall a rack with hooks to hang clothing on.....Prompt responses from the owner when messaged....I would definitely recommend this spacious loft.

We stayed a full week. Plenty of space for a toddler's blow-up bed and bed tent plus a baby's bassinette. Toys included! There are also a few children's and adult books. 2 yo loved the play set in the yard. We dripped some water on the floor shortly after arrival and when wiped, the paper towel came up dirty, but it didn't bother me enough to wash the floors (all cleaning supplies are right there). A few plates, bowls, glasses are supplied, as well as some plastic kid-friendly plates, which was super-helpful. There didn't seem to be much activity in the garage below; we were never disturbed. Communication was good and through the vrbo app, not in-person, which as an introvert I appreciated. Overall we were quite pleased and will be looking first at this property for our next visit.
