I've never gone out of my way to write a negative review about an hotel/rental I've stayed at, but this Baymont by Wyndham needs to be exposed a good bit.
The virtual kiosk was a surprise to us but really not a big deal, at first. The person was clearly an outsourced/offshore worker, This individual working the "front desk" was surprisingly rude about trying to check in 15 minutes early after we had called him to confirm that it would be okay that we come a little bit earlier to see if our room was available, Almost like he couldn't believe we'd even ask.
My local gas station has better options than their continental "breakfast" and the cleaning staff start swinging doors and cleaning rooms starting around 5am making it an early morning for anyone staying there.
The pool was nothing other than a hole with water in it, Super basic, which to be fair, Is just a pool. No gym, No staff, Just cleaning ladies that double as a "24/7 Maintenance staff.
To top it off, They cut access to our room at 10am by disabling both of our keys to the room when our checkout was clearly documented as 11am.
Go spend $200 a night an an air bnb or a different hotel, Complete joke of a property.
