Great Location,Great Apartment Decor, Unfortunately the AC in the master bed room wasn’t working and that made it very uncomfortable given that the apartment it’s last floor apartment. Everything else was 5 stars

Bad service but location is great

Location is nice, very close to local train connection ( best way to travel around Naples). Top floor of the building. Communication with company and service is main problem in this apartment. I was first contacted by one person about my arrival few days before, 24 hours before other person again contacted. It is looks like they dont talk to each other. I asked for second key, reply was No, i pushed and i got a second key after all. Apartment was dusty, wc was not cleaned. Shower was broken. It took 48 hours after many messages to fix shower. When shower was fixed, they never came to clean after shower repairs ( shower was full of mud steps, but they refuce to admit their fault, and send cleaning). One more, apartment is full of ants or termits..if you are not afraid, come to experience this place.

Appartamento ampio, comodo, ben isolato, situato in zona tranquilla e servita. Il divano letto per la terza persona era molto comodo. Doccia ampia, lucernari apribili con comandi elettrici. Oltre ad asciugamani, saponi, spugna per piatti ci è stato fatto trovare anche un sacchetto di caffè per la moca. Avevamo chiesto il check in anticipato e ci hanno accontentato, gentilissimo personale. Non funzionava l'acqua calda ed è stato sistemato tutto in poche ore Senza dover rimanere in casa in attesa dei tecnici. mentre noi eravamo in giro a visitare la città

Appartamento recentemente rinnovato e in posizione comoda per visitare la città. Il problema principale è la pulizia: piuttosto sommaria e carente. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 4 persone abbiamo dovuto fare noi il secondo letto che non era stato predisposto (la biancheria era in struttura).
