This unit features a beautiful screened-in patio with views of the golf course. It includes a breakfast nook, dining room, and a den/office with a pull-out sofa. The master bedroom offers a king bed and en suite bathroom. One guest room has 2 twin beds, perfect for children, while the other guest room features a king bed. The guest rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. The community pool is located nearby. Residents also have access to tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, and more, with a one-time fee applicable.

Located in North Naples, the condo offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and is a short drive to Ft. Myers airport. Utilities, internet, and cable are included in the rental. The condo is fully furnished, including linens.
