Rosa and Materdei, it’s perfect for comfortably exploring the city. Its proximity to the ring road also allows for quick taxi rides to the airport. You can also book the adjacent apartment, *Casa Chiara*, for a total of 6 guests.



The 66-square-meter apartment is located in a residential complex with 24/7 security and a concierge. The building has an lift.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Its location is ideal for exploring both the Vomero district and the historic centre, as it is equidistant from both. Its proximity to the Naples ring road allows for quick and easy taxi rides to the airport.

Casa Paola is the ideal choice for those who want to experience the city while staying in a secluded and quiet area, with all essential amenities within easy reach: bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets are all within 300 metres.



- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Alibus shuttle service to Garibaldi Station. From the station, take Metro Line 1 to the Materdei stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Napoli Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment by taking Metro Line L1 to the Materdei stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.



- For those travelling by car, the accommodation is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. Street parking is metered in blue-lined zones or free in white-lined zones (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park at Garage Confalone, located at Via Confalone 29, 350 metres from the accommodation.
