Bright Waterfront 2BR Condo with Private Dock. Only Minutes to Downtown Naples

Welcome to this modern, bright, and beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo, perfectly located near downtown Naples. Enjoy serene canal views, comfortable living spaces, and the convenience of your own private dock. The waterway it's located on leads directly to Naples Bay! The dock is and additional $150 per stay and we require proof of insurance for the boat (Max 22'). Fee will be collected separately.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. Enjoy your meals indoors or step outside to the private porch, where you can relax and dine while taking in the peaceful canal views.
The living room, also overlooking the canal, features a large flat-screen Smart TV with Roku, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies after a day at the beach or exploring Naples.

This condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location—ideal for couples, friends, or families looking to enjoy waterfront living just minutes from Naples’ shops, dining, and beaches.

The condo is just minutes from Downtown Naples, with its' variety of shops and restaurants, the Historic District, the Zoo, Tin City,
the Botanical Gardens, and of course ...the Gulf Beaches.
The Waterfront porch provides a scenery of its own with the occasional flying fish, dolphins, manatees, and boating neighbors, where you can enjoy your "5 o'clock somewhere" ritual.
The "optional" dock provides a 22' space on the canal which leads into Naples Bay.
