Great place if nothing goes wrong!
We wanted an apartment close to the station so we’re not worried that it is not in the nicest part of Naples. It was convenient, safe, secure, and had nearly everything you need to enjoy a few days in this fabulous city and surrounding areas.
However, the property is managed by an agency so the service is up and down. We arranged, and paid for, collection at the airport and priority check-in, but when we arrived the bed had not been changed and the bathrooms not cleaned. The agents did send cleaners out that day to sort it, but they left no clean towels, and when I asked the agents to give us some they said we would have to wait until the next morning! 32 degree heat, a long day of travelling, and we couldn’t shower until the next day? Not ideal
That said, the stay was great. Be careful with the electrics as they trip easily, and don’t expect to get your issues resolved easily, but otherwise a good place to use as a base for travelling about.
