  • Beautiful condo directly on the beach. 30 day minimum. Some of the best ocean views in all of Naples. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves from every room- best sleep of your life! Condo just underwent a renovation and has been newly decorated with brand new, light and airy coastal touches. Wake up and enjoy your coffee, or take in the stunning sunsets over cocktails from your own private lanai. Sunbathe in the large pool or layout and socialize on the brand new loungers. The development just underwent a complete renovation with high end modern finishes including a luxury community room and gym. Covered parking included! Walk to the quaint and luxurious shops and restaurants of Venetian Village. The Moorings/Venetian Village location can’t be beat. You are 10 minutes to Old Naples and Naples Pier Beach and less than 15 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato. Monthly rental required and no pets allowed (no exceptions per HOA.)
