Beautiful 1ST floor condo across from Marco Island’s Residents Beach

  • Beautiful renovated 1st floor condo located across the street from Marco Island’s Residents Beach, a few minute walk to the public beach access entrance, and a five minute drive to Tigertail Beach. Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This location is absolutely wonderful! The condo is located in the center of the complex which provides you a more private landscaped front entrance away from any traffic and parking lot noise. The heated pool, shuffle board, and sitting area are located just steps from the condos screened rear lanai. Come and enjoy everything Marco Island has to offer from It’s beautiful white sandy beach, It’s marinas, it’s network of waterways great for boating, kayaking, or paddle boarding to it’s fantastic restaurants and first class relaxing!
