Good value but bay rooms overlooking bay also overlook the bar and it can get loud on weekends.

Fun weekend stay at Bayfront. Perfect location, easy to walk to everything we needed. Rented bikes and kayaks. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Except for the guy we asked to help us get towels. Nice bar and restaurant. We would stay there again if ever back in the Naples area.

When we come to Naples we love to stay in Bayfront hotel right on the water with amazing view on the boats and short walking to Twin City and 5th Ave downtown, 3rd street shops and restaurants and the beach. Love to be here!!

Very nice area, extremely quiet in front of the bay. the restaurant is very good both for breakfast and for other meals and for happy hour there was very pleasant live music

The only positive was the location. This is a horrible hotel. Our room was tiny for a family of four, the toilet moved when you sat on it, the shower trickled out and only had one temperature, very hot, which was very dangerous with children. The windows offered no shield from the road noisier, the lighting in the room was very poor and the fridge wasn’t even on when we arrived which is a real basic. We also used the pool which was dirty with lots of things floating around in it. All in all we had a very disappointing stay in what is a very tired, over priced hotel and would not recommend it.

Convinient location, center downtown area. Reasonable rates. Great customer service. Staff is very responsive and accomodating. Just a small recommendation, those guests with a pet, should be on a dedicated floor just to accomodate those with allergies. Nice in-house restaurant with outside patio sitting, the food was amazing!

Overall amazing. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first night but they fixed it right away. The restaurant has one of the BEST hamburgers I have ever tried. I Will definitely go back

I am a gold member and this hotel is part of the VIP options. Unfortunately, the experience was really bad. During the check in I had to tell the staff what kind of room I booked. She wanted to give me a different one. I booked two rooms. Both king size bed and a sofa bed. When I realized that the sofa bed wasn’t made I called the front desk and explained that I didn’t have any sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. They told me to go to the reception. I went there and the person in charge said that they don’t have any sheets available. She offered pillows without covers and a blanket for both rooms. I had to remove the top sheet from my bed so my child could sleep on that dirty sofa bed. The next morning I went to the front desk and explained everything to the lady who was working at that time and didn’t even say sorry. I came after 7:00 pm and I found the same no sheets no pillows no blankets. Terrible!!! Zero VIP access for gold member. Terrible service. I won’t recommend this hotel.

Off 5th Ave, the hotel was right across the street from Tin City shops and restaurants and next to Bayfront. The views from the restaurant at the hotel were amazing looking over the marina. The hotel has been updated but still has the remnants of being an older hotel.

Very good position and views from the room and terrace. The front of house were very helpful in changing our allotted room but other staff were not as knowledgeable about sightseeing options (very important for short term tourists) as we would have like. Nobody told us that the bus tour of the city stopped at the hotel, yards from the front desk.

Air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool room sufficiently. Waiters at Bay Front Dining were inexperienced and took 45 minutes from the time we sat down to get our drinks. Check out was at 11 a.m: with 12 noon option not available.

I can’t express how lovely everyone was. The room was beautiful with reading lights and with an incredible view. The music, food and drinks were delicious. The Staff, especially Brittany were great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Very tired looking. Needs updating and spruced up. Maintenance lacking. Something broke in our room and they said no maintenance staff on duty over weekend. Bathroom very small. No table at all in room. No place to work with no table. Probably because room is way too small for a table to fit. Limited parking. Will not be going back
