About this property

2 Bedroom condo in lovely quiet Naples location close to beach and shops

  • Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom first floor condo with large western facing screened lanai. The condo is part of a quiet, charming 10 unit complex which is a very friendly and welcoming community. The outside grounds including the pool area is beautifully maintained. A large supermarket is within a 5 minute walk, and the fantastic Coastland shopping mall including a Macy's is also within walking distance.
    Facilities include wifi, cable tv, a stereo, a utility room containing a washing machine,/tumble dryer and a car parking space. The main bedroom contains a king bed, an en suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
    Wheelchair Friendly.
    Just one thing to note, we store our bicycles in the walk in closet in the guest bedroom therefore the closet cannot be used fully by guests. However there is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom and plenty of other storage space in the property.
