"Overall, a great find for my 9-day stay in Naples. Host was lovely, gave a thorough orientation to the guest quarters, remained available and helpful. The location was in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood though a bit far from the center of town. There was a pool available, also laundry facilities. "Came in from out of town for a wedding. We arrived early and the owners happily let us into our rooms. The place is brand new and has a washing machine which I needed. The bonus on top of all of this was two bikes that we could ride into town on, less than 2 miles away. Comfortable, clean and quiet what more could you ask for."

"Kathleen is a wonderful, talented, sharing host. Not only did I enjoy the grounds and lanai area, but we did some unusual things. I had dinner with her and other guests, 2 flower arranging sessions, 2 flower hammering sessions and a trip to the local botanical gardens. (I would love to do the musical swings with her there again, LOL!). Maybe we wouldn't have done this had all of us not been artists already, but we just seemed to 'click' together. Kathleen and Joanne (other guest) are talented...

"It was a beautiful room and I wished I had more time there. The location is quiet at night and parking is easy. There is no 24 hour reception, so please call ahead if you will be coming early morning or late nite. The hotel is very responsive to requests. If you are concerned about the distance from downtown, don’t be. Star Chalet is right off 41 which leads directly to downtown. Definitely a must stay when in Naples. "
