"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "Fantastic Lodge near the river. We had a fantastic experience at the Lodge. The staff is amazing, professional and Kind. The food is delicious. The rooms are big and each one has a bungalow. We met 15 elephants the first morning 3 minutes after driving from the Lodge. There is also many small apes at the Lodge. Samburu has so many different animals, girafes, lions, léopard,.... And Last but not least the price !!! Compared to the other Lodge with insane expensive prices. Thank you again for that...

"I went with my husband and kids and it was wonderful. The à la carts restaurant was very good for dinner and there were lots of options for dinner. There were lots to do for kids including a maze, an animal orphanage, fishing and taking their dogs out for a walk. Benson ensured we were happy with our rooms so we appreciated his cheerful help! We had a great time! They arranged a wonderful safari for us with Francis. Ask for the feather pillows."
