Double charge for room booking on 14 Sept 2025

I booked 4 rooms for a group of 7 persons from 13-15 Sept 2025. The payment term was paying upon check-in, which is what we did. Each room was paid separately by the respective guests. My room was paid using my wife’s credit card, although the booking was done using my credit card. However, upon receiving our credit card statements, I found that my wife’s card was charged for the room on 13 Sept, which is correct. But my card was also charged for the same amount on 14 Sept. Therefore there is a double charge which I believe is due to the fact that my card was used to make the overall booking for 4 rooms. Please reimburse me the amount of 181.71 euros for the transaction charged on 14 Sept. As a reminder, we checked in 13 Sept and checked out 15 Sept. GOH WOOI LEE

The interior design looks and feels like you are at an elementary school. Breakfast buffet was great for a quick breakfast had enough options for everyone. Did have an issue with the connecting hallway that the carpet was wet and smelled because water would drip from the celling. some one came too look at it but didn’t get fixed.

Correu tudo bem. O staff do hotel é muito bem e falam ao menos inglês e espanhol, o que é muito incomum em Nantes. Também resolvem rapidamente qualquer problema. O hotel é simples, mas atende. O pequeno almoço é bom. A localização também é um ponto alto. Muito central e tem um Carrefour Express bem ao lado. Para ir do aeroporto ao hotel, pode-se tomar o bus 38 e a seguir o 4. Pode-se pagar ao condutor diretamente. O único ponto negativo é que deixaram faltar sabão de banho no último dia. O pessoal da limpeza deveria ter visto quando arrumaram o quarto.

Bon hotel et bon niveau de service, pratique car proche de la gare, même si l'environnement est moyen. Le personnel est très serviable. Un seul point négatif: le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant, les oeufs brouillés ont disparu de l'offre et sont désormais remplacés par des oeufs durs, ce qui est mieux que rien mais guère satisfaisant. Une suggestion: à l'instar de nombreux établissements, mettre à disposition un bac d'eau bouillante alimenté électriquement et des oeufs frais, les clients pourront se faire cuire leurs oeufs à la température souhaitée.

Très bon séjour, emplacement idéal proche centre ville. Les transports sont gratuits le weekend. Nantes est une très belle ville nous avons tous apprécié. L'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très variées avec une belle sélection de thé, il y a du sucré, du salé. Nous avons tous bien apprécié la qualité du petit déjeuner. L'équipe est très agréable et serviable.
