The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. The staff great was usual. Linda was extremely courteous along with her coworker, a young man whose name I was not able to get. The property is always clean. I always stay here every time I visit Managua.

The rooms are old and deteriorated ! They refurbished the lobby and restaurant, but the rooms are the same I used more than 15 years ago. Poor quality and everything looks old. The AC looked and worked like 20 years old ! This is not a Four Stars Hotel at all ! I would give it 2 !
