"We 3 of us stayed in a room in this hotel. Clean and helpful staff. BUT the mattress of the bed for the third person was wrapped in plastic cover which I believe must have the original plastic cover when you purchase a mattress from a shop. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...

"location staff are okay, bed not good, no hot water , rooms are giving bad smell . the room rent is too high its not worth more than 1500 per day. where as it was charged 4700 per day. the hotel people say the rent will be 2500/- per day including breakfast. and you people charged 4700 per day. its bad on your part . i decided not to book through your website in future."
