We booked same day and had a room on the second floor with a king bed and balcony view right over the water! A beautiful view & the sound of the ocean was incredible to sleep to. Quiet cleaning service in the morning that doesn’t start until around 8:30-9am. For an older building, it’s well taken ...

Milton at the front desk was amazing! The entire bar and restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The hotel is in a great location if you want to walk and shop in Hilo as well.
