Windows are poorly sealed so you can hear every motorcycle horn all night, mattress feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the A/C did not cool well. Aesthetically is a nice place unfortunately you cannot test these things through the photos so lost 1 night of reservation money as I could not sleep there another night. It truly is a shame that there are out more protections in place for reservations. You basically look at beautiful photos and book a week only to be disappointed and out of your hard earned money with 0 recourse. Sad

The property was ok there is a lot that could be done. The staff was excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff & great location. Breakfast was limited , not much options compare to other hotels we stayed at.

Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location.
