The luxurious tents are on raised walkways right next to the beautiful lake with incredible views of all the spectacular bird life and the herd of hippos who live in the water and at night can be seen grazing on the lawns of the Country Club! The food is incredible, the service very friendly and the pool is lovely. Definitely recommended for a relaxing few days before or after a safari."

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "

"The property is lovely with very attentive staff. Great location between Lake Nakuru and Lake Elementaita to see all the birds! Flamingos were amazing and the guide from the camp was an expert on the birds and animals. Great food and we had a nice hot lunch packed for us on the all day safari!"

"The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and when the hotel restaurant wasn't open, a hotel-owned restaurant next door had excellent food. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb. "

"This is a lovely place for a quiet break right next to the beautiful Lake. The scenery and bird life is stunning. The staff are great too. We were very pleased with the service. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend it if you don’t demand the very best. "
