When we arrived the accomodation was not ready. We were offered another local accomodation which was sub standard for the price, and we refused it. Then we were offered another room which although was okay, it was still a very expensive stay and sadly was disappointing. On the upside the lady that managed the accomodation was very nice and helpful, and the area is stunning with some great local restaurants and a wonderful morning market. I think our main issue was that we booked about 3 hours before arriving as we were passing the area, but I do still feel that if the accomodation is advertised that it should be ready.

Good location with waterfalls, restaurants, fruit stands, Irrigation dam and 7&11 nearby. Friendly staff. Big refrigerator in the room.

Comfortable Hotel, Great Location
This hotel is in a great location with great service. The rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. The owner was very kind and accommodating. She upgraded our reservation to make our stay more convenient for our large group. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and a waterfall. I hope to come back and stay here again soon!

จองผ่าน hotel.com ไปช่วงหน้าเป็นเดือนๆและได้มีการชำระเงินผ่านบัตรไปแล้วแต่พอถึงวันเข้าพัก ทางเจ้าของกลับไม่มีห้องพักให้เพราะรับผู้เข้าพักท่านอื่นไปแล้ว แบบนี้ไม่พอใจมาก แล้วให้เราไปพักที่อื่นแทน แถมได้ยินมาว่าหากไม่พอใจเค้าจะคืนเงินให้ เราได้ยินแล้วรู้สึกแย่มากกับการบริการ แต่ดีที่เค้ายังหาที่พักให้เราได้ ก้อเลยเอาว่ะดีกว่าไม่มีที่นอนทั้งๆที่มั่นใจมากว่าเราจะได้นอนที่ที่เราจองมา แล้วที่ที่เค้าพาไปนอน เจ้าของก้อไม่ค่อยสนใจ ไม่ดูแล ไม่ถามเลยว่าเราต้องการอะไรมั้ย แค่บอกว่าห้องเบอร์นี่นะ เท่านั้น บอกตรงว่าทริปนี้หมดสนุกไปเลยกับการบริการแบบนี้ อันนี้เป็นความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวที่ไปเจอมานะ ท่านอื่นๆอาจจะได้รับการบริการที่ดีกว่านี้
