"私は英語もタイ語もできません。しかし、スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。私は今まで五つ星のホテルのクラブルームに泊まった事もありますが、ココのホテルのおもてなしが1番最高でした。花火を皆んなで一緒に見る事ができて良かったです。また泊まりたいです。
I can't speak English or Thai
But the staff treated me kindly
I have stayed in a club room in a 5 star hotel before
But the hotel here offered the best service
I'm glad I could see the fireworks together
I want to stay again

"The place was nice. I actually only stayed one night when I was supposed to be here about 5 nights. I just didn't enjoy the area. It was clean, the beds were very hard though. The staff was very nice and helpful though! "

"Wanted a simple cheap stay over New Year
I had my bag lost in transit between Mumbai and BKK. They were marvellous in helping to liaise between them and the inept Baggage Handling Dept, who continued to tell me lies
Back to Marni. Spotless, friendly, 7-Eleven round the corner, cheap travel service, comfy private bunk, with a plug socket, light, firm mattress and 2 USB outlets. Remember to bring a towel although u can rent one for 40 Bhat
Would stay again and highly recommend this 5🌟...

"This hotel is very cheap to begin with, and the chao praya river is such a cherry on top. The only bummer is that there’s no lift, but other than that, i ain’t complaining"

"No complaints about the hotel and room especially for the price. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location on the edge of Chinatown and subway stop nearby. I'd stay again "
"The hotel itself is amazing - perfect place. The staff can not do enough for you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble.
The pool area is great.
Breakfast is perfect and has everything you could need.
The shuttle boat to icon or the pier is great.
My only downside is the location although on the river and it’s the best hotel we have stayed in Bangkok all the times we have been I just felt the location was too far out of the main areas but nothing a grab or bolt didn’t solve. "
"Everything was very good about this hotel with 2 exceptions. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. It was also faintly there in the hallways. The free ferry did not appear when we wanted to return.
The food, room and service were great. We got an upgrade and a later check out "
"Part of the Anantara riverside resort. While it is a little further out of the main central areas, the shuttle boat runs regularly to connect to the train lines at Saphan Taxin.
Lovely modern hotel.
Breakfast however was very crowded in quite a small room given the size of the hotel.
The rooftop pool is lovely but again small and busy - not enough space for the number of guests.
Staff great - very helpful and polite.
Great stay overall for a few days but if I am coming back to Bangkok I would stay again at a hotel with more amenities and outside space. This feels like a modern, trendy city hotel with good decor, good bars and beautiful views across the river (which is not a criticism, these are all positives). "
"Housekeeping was poor. Floor wasn’t even swept for 4 days. It was when I was in room before staff swept and mopped. Didn’t replace bath mat even though I was in room. Rang and told them, nothing happened. My last night the shower the shower jel was empty. Again didn’t get refilled.
My first day room had bad power points. I was moved to main building. Doors didn’t work properly. Housekeeping came and it took another day before it was rectified. One day tea bags were not replaced. Again had to ring housekeeping to replenish. The shampoo/ conditioner fell off the wall. Obviously poor workmanship. Didn’t get fixed at all. Overall disappointing. Sox was left by previous customer and didn’t get swept for three days until I moved it onto table and left a note to say it doesn’t belong to me before it was cleared away. Worst place for housekeeping. "
"Absolutely loved our stay here. Get the street view room so you have windows that open to the outside versus windows that open inside the hotel corridors. It was so fun getting to watch all the action below. I also recommend paying for breakfast as part of your package. It was delicious and a great way to get our day started before we ate street food for the rest of the day/night. The staff was impeccable, they were happy to help us make change for larger bills as well as help us with taxis to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again!"
