Good hotel. Needs a better self laundry service washing machines do up to a 6kg wash but struggle to dry that amount. Only two machines. Always a wait.
Bathroom vent mouldy
We're older and didnt like the red light area so close to the hotel. That part of Tokyo is also very dirty.

Fabulous hotel! So many amenities, great staff, and absolutely spotless. We selected Premier Grand and the lounges were perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. Location is great too!
