This spacious 95 m² cottage , fully furnished, impresses with its elegant and authentic décor , designed to offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Suitable for all seasons, it features air conditioning for summer days and a wood-burning stove , ideal for cooler evenings.

The large 50 m² living room , combining lounge and dining room, offers all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday .
It is equipped with a Smart TV with satellite and Netflix , as well as a convertible sofa with a real 160cm mattress , guaranteeing excellent sleeping comfort.
🍳 Modern and fully equipped kitchen
The 10 m² kitchen , open and functional, is fully equipped: cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TASSIMO coffee machine , kettle, crockery and cutlery. Everything is provided for cooking just like at home.
🚿 Comfortable and modern bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower , toilet , double sinks and an LED mirror , for optimal everyday comfort.
🛏️ Spacious mezzanine bedroom
The semi-enclosed mezzanine opens onto a 30 m² attic bedroom , offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (180 cm) , a dressing room, and ample storage space.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marissa et Arnaud qui sont des hôtes très attentionnés. Le gîte est très confortable, bien équipé et bien situé à côté du charmant village de Najac dans les gorges de l’Averyon.
