We arrived and our rooms were no ready. I rented 2 3 bedroom apartments, but they only had one three bedroom available and one two bedroom that they gave us. I did not receive a refund for the difference in apartments. When we went to our apartments the living rooms were filthy, the paint on the walls was peeling, there were no bin liners, no toilet paper, no towels and no hot water. The hotel promised us another room for our second night, but the other apartment was not available to move into until 9pm the day before we checked out. I travel to Nairobi a lot and was disappointed with this place I would not recommend it

The apartment had all the amenities I needed for a wonderful stay. There was a nearby construction during the day but we were out of the apartment most of the time. All in all it was a wonderful stay.
