Stayed one night, great location in the centre. Tea & coffee was a nice addition in the room.

Very enjoyable experience staying at the Gondwana Hotel in Noumea. The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was enjoyable and the location provided an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of New Caledonia.

Walkable distance (10-15min) to the Natural Pool. Most of the staff were supportive but some were rude to guests who didn't speak French. Breakfast was okay, not many options. There is no restaurants, shops around the area, so make sure to bring your own meal if you don't want to dine at the same restaurant for a few days.

The room was a nice size, clean and a good base for 4 days in Noumea. The location was out of the city area in more of an industrial area so you will need a car. There was a good amount of parking on site and across the road. There a s good supermarket only a few minutes walk. The main aspect to note is that while the Hotels.com and on the hotel website seem to indicate washing facilities within in the room - these are a NOT free. The writing on both websites are misleading. The cost to use the washer and dryer located in the bathroom were at an additional cost per day. Yes there is a kitchen, but it is the bare minimum equipment in terms of being useful. There is not even a sharp knife.
