    The house, fully furnished has  600m2 just in the middle of nature. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and an open kitchen fully equipped. Outside, there is a 100m2 private garden with barbecue and a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.

    Heating, Air conditioning, TV, WIFI, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Vitroceramic cooker, Coffee machine, Toaster and Barbecue.



    Location:



    The house is located in the small village of Nahuja, in the French Cerdanya (Pyrenees). Puigcerdà and Llivia are about 10-15 minutes away, while the French ski resorts like Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 are 20-30 minutes away.



    Places of interest:



    Nahuja is a very small town surrounded by nature so, a few kilometers away, you will find other towns like Osseja, Puigcerdà or Llivia, with different places of interest to visit, as well as the ski resorts to practice this sport.

Très bien située, dans un village particulièrement calme et sans vis-à-vis. La vue est très agréable. La maison est spacieuse avec de beaux volumes. L'équipement est cependant en-deçà au regard du prix : grille pain défectueux, une petite machine nespresso, des tiroirs qui se ferment mal... La facturation du bois au-delà de ce qui est prévu (et relativement limité) est assez maladroite pour ce prix. Attention, impossibilité de charger sa voiture électrique, l'installation électrique n'étant pas adaptée. Le séjour fut néanmoins très agréable.

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. El sitio es precioso y tanto la agencia, como el propietario como la mujer que te entrega las llaves son muy atentos. 100% recomendable

Una casa de ensueño

Una casa espectacular en un entorno precioso. Tranquilidad absoluta rodeados de naturaleza en un pequeño pueblo de la Cerdeña francesa, a 15’ en coche de Puigcerdà. Los espacios comunes son lo suficientemente amplios para que 12 personas puedan estar juntas cómodamente. Lo único malo que se puede decir es la evidencia de falta de mantenimiento. Respecto a la recepción, entrega de llaves etc, todo perfecto y con muchas facilidades. Nos aconsejaron lugares donde poder comer fuera, todas las normas de la casa y del pueblo, ubicación de los diferentes supermercados. Valoración 4/5
