"The room and hotel were clean. But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. "They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator.
