This elevated, canal-front home makes the perfect launching pad for a dreamy stay on the Outer Banks, boasting sound views from both the front and back decks and a killer spot for sunset on the west-facing terrace. Launch your boat at the nearby community boat launch, then dock right behind the home after days on the water. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are within just a mile or two, and Enterprise Street, Public Beach Access, is under a mile away.

At the home, spend mornings enjoying coffee, sunshine, and the sea breeze on the upstairs deck, then step inside to make breakfast in the full, well-equipped kitchen. The open layout offers lots of natural light and a floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining area and living room, making it ideal for reconnecting with friends and family. Serve up family favorites at the large dining table, then head out to explore.

When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower on the patio, then slip into the hot tub for an early-evening soak. Dinner prep is a breeze on the gas grill, and a sunset cocktail on the deck with your steak is a must. Let the washer/dryer take care of the day's clothes while you relax in the central air-conditioning and play a board game or stream the latest release on one of three smart TVs.

Great Location; Perfect for Families
The highlight is the location: the canal has great water views, the neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to the sound, and it’s close to everything in town. Lots of restaurants, shops, beach etc within 5 minutes. Having hot tub was an added bonus, and my husband loved being able to fish right off the dock in the back (caught a flounder!) The home wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived (missing some amenities, no sheets on the bed, bathroom not fully cleaned) but the property managers were very responsive and sent someone out right away to correct the issue - going above and beyond to give us what was needed. Would recommend this place for its views, ease and convenience, while being in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to come back again!

Great house, awful property management
The house was obviously not serviced prior to our check in. The hot tub was unusable for the majority of the trip. It was green and murky. Upon check in the downstairs bathroom was flooded with toilet water and there was no shower curtain provided. The toilet water extended into the carpet in the hallway. We found empty candy wrappers throughout the bunkroom. We tried to take a family bike ride abd o ly one of the four advertised bikes were operational. Two had flat tires and another had a chain hanging off. Very disappointing. I requested a partial refund from Vacasa and my request has been ignored. I have photos of the issues upon request.
