The space
L’Anima, with its studio apartment, is your own little castle located at the entrance to the peaceful and famous Valley of St. Lucia, “Valletta S. Lucia,” and surrounded by my private park with 3 terraces at your exclusive disposal... L’Anima, a two-story home with a spacious new bathroom and a separate, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, featuring a Bosch induction cooktop, a compact Bosch dishwasher, and a Bosch oven, a large Samsung refrigerator—can easily accommodate 4 people, but for 2 people it’s definitely a very elegant suite and a true gem with plenty of space to relax in PEACE AND QUIET, plus a studio apartment for 1–2 additional guests with a separate entrance but located in the same garden. It’s hard to find a place as beautiful as this one in this area. L’Anima is surrounded by 4 PRIVATE TERRACES just for you. So there’s plenty of privacy for every guest… and PEACE AND QUIET, because this part of Torbole is truly quiet, and you won’t hear any traffic noise from Torbole, even though you’re just a 5-MINUTE WALK from city centre and the lake, with many beaches (beach access for everyone).
You’ll find a LIBRARY with books in German, Italian, and English, including history, art, travel guides, philosophy, science, fiction, and famous literature.
There are some designer lamps, antique furniture, a piano, and an OPEN FIREPLACE made from a very ANTIQUE marble sink.
From the second floor, you can see the lake from your SPACIOUS BATHROOM, and you also have a LAKE VIEW from your SPACIOUS BEDROOM.
From the kitchen window, you can admire the beauty of a statue of Venus, and nearby you’ll find HERBS such as rosemary, mint, and basil—all for your meals...
The SPACIOUS and charming LIVING ROOM on the ground floor invites you to relax, read, watch TV, have dinner, or simply unwind after a day at the BEACH, just 300 metres (an easy walk) from your home. The brand-new double sofa bed is located in the living room. This ensures privacy, and since it’s on the ground floor while the other bedroom is on the second floor, you won’t hear any noise from people going up or down the stairs.
The detached house “La Cambusa” is a small home with a very comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. The terrace in front of this house is very charming, and you can enjoy your privacy while some of your family and friends have their own space in the same garden above your house.

I live about 50 metres from L'Anima. So I’m always available to answer any questions.
L’Anima is located in my olive grove and is surrounded by beautiful trees, some of which are 300 years old. There are 3 terraces and decks around the house, just for you—you won’t have to share them with anyone else.
The entrance to the grove is secured by a large wooden gate. This is the main entrance for all my guests. Each guest has their own private space that will not be shared with other guests. PRIVACY GUARANTEED!
If you need MORE SPACE for friends and family, YOU CAN ADD Casa Tanja/La Bisergola for 2–5 people, all located within the private park, with privacy guaranteed for each of you.

Other things to keep in mind
This accommodation is very special, as it’S LOCATED ON THE HISTORIC Via di Santa Lucia, used by the Venetians to haul their ships into the water 600 years ago. The famous poet Johann Wolfgang Goethe described this route and its exceptional views in his famous “Italian Journey,” and believe me... almost nothing has changed in over 200 years. This area is very quiet and offers the chance to wake up to birdsong and the rustling of the trees as the north wind stirs them. It’s a plus, because this wind cools the nights down a bit. Therefore, air conditioning isn’t a “must-have”… much better for your health😊
