Das Hotel war ganz in Ordnung

Bei der Ankunft weiß man zunächst nicht wo es eine Abstellmöglichkeit für das Fahrzeug gibt, aber auf nachfragen wurden wir dann auf Parkplätze und Tiefgarage hingewiesen. Der Empfang beim Check-Inn war sehr unfreundlich, die Dame hatte wohl schon Angst, dass sie ihren Feierabend verpasst. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ordentlich, allerdings konnte das Fenster zur Terrasse nur gekippt und nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Die Dusche ist nur mit einem Vorhang versehen, deshalb schwimmt nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad und der Vorhang klebt einem an den Beinen fest. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und die Service-Dame sehr freundlich. Aufgrund von Corona (Plexiglasabtrennungen, Plastikhandschuhe, Masken) war es allerdings im Frühstücksraum mit dem Buffet sehr ungemütlich und wir haben uns sehr schnell wieder verabschiedet.

hotel molto curato e nuovo la mentalita' eco bio mi e' piaciuta moltissimo soggiorno di passagio per andare ad altra destinazione ma ci siamo trovati benissimo camera funzionale bagno nuovo e con dispenser con prodotti bio sul letto i piumini alla tedesca wifi che va a riposo dalle 24 alle 7 unica pecca la mancanza del frigo e del parcheggio non comodissimo per chi ha auto ingombrante, il sotteraneo era pieno lo rivaluteremo per un prossimo soggiorno

Great visit

An Eco-friendly hotel with a great location. This hotel has everything that you need of a hotel given you aren't intending to spend all day everyday in the hotel, for stays of 2 nights or more you get a discount card to use throughout the area and the service is very convenient. The only thing I would point out is that the hotel may be difficult to find on google maps - we were driving around for a while - from the one way street (via strada piccola) keep a look out on the left hand side for a little cul-de-sac, it will be further down from where google says.

Tranquillo e di qualità!

Soggiornato per 2 notti, ma ne avrei volute minimo 10 perché l'hotel è davvero bello! Decentrato rispetto al centro di Torbole, a 3 km da Riva del Garda con il lago da una parte e le montagne dietro. Zona tranquilla e disponibilità di parcheggio sia coperto che scoperto gratis. L'hotel si presenta come se fosse stato costruito l'altro ieri. Ottima qualità dei materiali interni, per chi se ne intende questo hotel ha la certificazione KlimaHaus quindi direi che è un grande punto a favore. Camera (noi eravamo in una matrimoniale) molto carina e tutte (penso) hanno il balcone. Colazioni top, tanta qualità ottima macchina da caffè che ancora rimpiango!! Cortesia e sorriso rendono lo staff dell'hotel una vacanza di puro relax.

weekend per mercatini

abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo, gentili anche per il fatto che avevamo prenotato una tripla e all'ultimo eravamo in due perciò abbiamo avuto una matrimoniale senza problemi, buona la pulizia, la prossima volta proveremo anche la colazione perché era molto invitante. Buona la posizione vicino al lago.

Tolles Eco Hotel am Gardasee

Übernachtung war komfortabel, beim Frühstücksbuffet war genug zur Auswahl, sogar frischen Saft nach eigener Auswahl zur entsaften. Delicious🙌🙌 Aussicht von Dach, bzw. Whirlpool kann ich nicht bewerten, da es zur angegeben Zeit nicht mehr möglich war. Trotzdem vielen Dank und auf ein Wiedersehen!

Silenzioso, a due passi dal centro di Torbole. Ottima colazione. Speravo di poter utilizzare l'idromassaggio ma non avevo capito dalle foto che fosse in terrazza all'aperto. A novembre non si può fare : )

Super Frühstück

für Torbole-Verhältnisse ruhig gelegen Super Frühstücksbuffett - in der Regel wird am Vorabend gebacken. Freundliches Personal und schone Aussicht aus den Zimmern im 2 Og in Richtung Arco Insgesamt sehr hellhörig - Die Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl sind diesbezüglich nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt für den Kurz- oder Aktivurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a great hotel located about five minutes walk from the beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful, excellent breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They also had a nice rooftop terrace and bar.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel sowie die Zimmer ganz schön. Es sind aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben. 1. Zimmer 19 verfügt über einen defekten Kartenleser im Zimmer. Das hatte zur Folge, dass in der ersten Nacht die LED-Beleuchtung hinter dem Bett 6x in unregelmäßigen Abständen an und aus ging. Entfernte man Karte, ging zwar die Beleuchtung nicht mehr an, der Rest des Zimmers war dann aber stromlos. Am nächsten Tag wurde dann das Personal daraufhin angesprochen und eine Putzfrau zeigte uns daraufhin, wie man die Sicherung des Zimmers überbrückt. Es wurden keinerlei Anstalten unternommen das Problem mit Hilfe einer externen Firma zu beheben. Also meidet Zimmer 19! 2. Aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Karte im Kartenleser, kam am nächsten Tag Hauspersonal ungefragt ins Zimmer. Einmal angeklopft und 1 Sekunde später ging die Tür auf. Ein Unding! Das Personal konnte ja vor dem Zimmer am Display nicht erkennen, dass das Zimmer belegt war. 3. Am ersten Tag kam aus der Dusche lediglich kaltes Wasser. Erst als wir wiederum das Personal darauf hingewiesen hatten, gab es am nächsten Morgen wieder lauwarmes Wasser. Das ist uns persönlich zu viel "ECO". 4. Das Frühstücksbüffet verfügt zwar über lauter leckerer und hochwertiger Lebensmittel aus der Region. Wurst, Käse und Obst wurde aber nie von selbst nachgefüllt. Obwohl der Frühstücksbereich sehr voll war. Die Gäste mussten immer nachfragen. Eigentlich unverständlich da die Küchendame 2m neben dann Buffet hantierte.
