"El DJ que tienen los fines de semana en el área de piscina pone el volumen demasiado alto para el área tan pequeña, se hace un ambiente molesto, en el que ni en la habitación se puede descansar del retumbo del sonido, en un momento pedimos que bajara un poco el volumen porque ni conversar durante el almuerzo se podía y lo que hizo fue subirle mucho más para molestar, lo que encuentro sumamente irrespetuoso para con los clientes que estamos pagando hospedaje. "

"The room was clean, the only complaint I would have is that they gave us a very hard time getting towels for the pool. First the lady by the pool told us that we should get a towel card, since we came late (8 pm) and they didn’t have them, we didn’t get a card. In the future we will bring towels for the pool…:-( The waitress were excellent, the people at the counter were ok, at bar they were courteous. Excellent service overall. My wife and I plan to come over once more, but with towels…:-)"
