"This is the nicest property in Nagarkot. Everything was clean and comfortable and the service was great except for one incident that occurred at check in. It was pouring rain when we arrived and the staff did not come out to help us with our bags. The entrance to the property is several flights up and the staircase was a rushing torrent of water.
