Beautiful hotel, great room with a great view.
Staff was phenomenal. Onsen was clean and beautiful. Food was good. Only complaint is the comforters were very hot and room temperature was difficult to manage. But the experience was awesome and we'll be back

Great Location, Great Service, Great Quality!
Ko and her husband went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.. They are a wealth of knowledge, very resourceful and their Ryokan is warm, inviting and tastefully decorated! Our room was larger than we expected & quite comfortable.. and the onsen was blissful after a day of skiing.. The Ryokan is in a great location very close to the moving walkway so easy to get to the ski slopes.. We had a fantastic time.. Thanks Ko, we'll definitely be back next year!

Authentic Japanise experience
What a great start to our holiday, Ko (the receptionist) makes everything so easy, what a great place to stay. We had a traditional Japanese room, with futon beds (not so good for me, but everyone else loved them), amazing in house Onsen (there are not private bathrooms< you have a toilet, basin etc in your room, bathing however is at the in house Onsen). Stay here and enjoy a great authentic experience.

家族3人でゆっくり出来ました。
部屋に入った時に、窓を締め切っていたせいか、カビ臭いにおいがしましたが、窓を暫く開けて消えました。それを除けば、角部屋で広く、快適でした。古いつくりですが、なかなか良い旅館です。
